Bénédicte Contamin
Benedicte Contamin is in charge of the projects for Fondation Mérieux in Madagascar since October 2006.
She is a doctor and expert in internal medicine and infectious and tropical diseases. She was the Senior Registrar assistant of Infectiology in Lyon. Afterwards she worked in the hospital of Pointe à Pitre in Guadeloupe and then in Reunion where she was a hospital doctor in 2002.
She has a Masters in Biological and Medical Sciences and has taken part in research activities in nutrition, oncology and infectiology and has also participated in the training of health professionals.
